Boxes of Generic Razor Blades

Generic blades are those blades that are wrapped with a plain or non-brand specific type of wrapper. However, the boxes in which they are packaged are, most often, graphic and very collectable. Here are some of my favorite boxes that contain generic wrapped blades.

Dart Razor Blade Wrapper

The blade manufacturers would often print messages or advertising on the back side of the blade wrapper, such as this effort for War Bonds. This doesn't necessarily make the wrapper more valuable, it just makes it a different one from one with the same front image that does not have the reverse message. A lot of times, myself included, people do not recognise they have two different blade wrappers because they didn't look at the reverse side.

New Additions to Blade Collection

Over the past week, I have found several new additions to my collection. 5 are pictured below. The fun in collecting is findiing something you don't have and, possibly, no one else has in their collection. If you have any of these break my heart and let me know.
